Man arrested after sheriff’s deputies say he took pictures of child in bathtub
CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – A man faces charges after he is accused of taking pictures of a minor asleep in a bathtub.
Thaddeaus C. Schwepker faces charges of sexual exploitation of a minor and possession of child pornography – 1st offense.
He is accused of taking a picture of a naked juvenile when that person fell asleep in the bathtub.
A bond of $50,000 was set.
His arraignment was set for Monday afternoon on September 9.
