Missing Juvenile-Found Safe
CARBONDALE, Ill. (KBSI) – The Carbondale Police Department is asking for the publics in help in locating a runaway juvenile.
According to the Carbondale Police Department Jessica L.D. Thompson, age 16 of Carbondale is a habitual runaway.
Officers learned on September 20th, 2024 that Jessica was last seen on the 19th at about 6:00 p.m.
She was seen getting into a dark four-door vehicle last seen headed north in the 500 block of North Beadle Drive.
Jessica is described as 5’03” tall weighing about 106 pounds with brown eyes and shoulder-length hair that is dyed blonde and green. Jessica was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue sweatpants.

Jessica L.D. Thompson was found safe. The Carbondale Police Department says they appreciate all of the public’s help they received in finding Thompson.
