Two people dead after multiple-vehicle double-fatality crash

SCOTT COUNTY, MO (KBSI) — State Route 77 between County Highway 266 and County Highway 252 is closed for an undetermined amount of time. According to Sgt. Clark Parrot of the Missouri State Highway patrol, this is due to a multiple-vehicle double-fatality crash.

First responders and emergency medical services are on the scene.
