Shawna Rhine is the Community Outreach Coordinator for Southern Seven Health Department and she says she was proud to help.
“Well September is Diaper Awareness Month and that’s something we normally don’t think about in terms of having awareness for but we do see an extreme need for families in our region because diapers are expensive and it’s something we decided we wanted to do,” said Rhine.
