Man gets pierced by an arrow after getting shot in the chest
SAINTE GENEVIEVE Mo. (KBSI) – A busy green and yellow gas station turned into a scary scene.
Deputies say this is where a man was shot in the chest with an arrow. Deputies arrived on scene at 11:13 the night of October 9.
When deputies arrived, they said they spoke to a witness. The witness said that the victim was traveling from Illinois to Missouri to buy cigarettes.
When they went into the gas station, they found a group of young people that followed them out of the gas station and trailed behind them in their vehicle honking their horn and flashing their lights.
The witness stated the truck following them pulled up beside the victim and the rear driver’s side window of the truck full of the young individuals fired a bow arrow to the passenger side of the car where a man was hit in the chest.
He was then taken to a St. Louis Area Hospital where he was treated by Emergency Medical Services.
The deputies contacted the Clerk of the BP to review the surveillance footage. The next day on October 10 the Manager reviewed the footage and deputies were able to identify 19-year-old Jack Thomas Farlow.
Next, they took him into custody he is being charged with assault in the 1st degree and armed criminal action his bond is set at 100,000.00 in cash only.
