On the Kentucky ballot: voting rights and educational funding

Kentucky constitutional amendment one would prohibit non-U.S. citizens from voting.

It would also restrict the voting rights of incarcerated people, ‘idiots and insane persons,’ and people convicted of certain crimes including felonies and bribery in an election.

Amendment two would give parents more educational opportunities for their children. It would allow the state to provide financial support for the education of students outside of the common school system.
