Endangered Person Advisory: Police believe the missing man was abducted

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Mo. (KBSI) – The Sullivan Police Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident.

According to the Sullivan Police Department the incident occurred at 323 Jones Street in Sullivan, MO around 12:00 a.m. on October 22, 2024.

Endangered Missing Person Is: Dale William Ryerson a white male, age 63, height 5’10”, 185 lbs, gray hair, green eyes, wearing unknown clothing.

Possible suspects or person Ryerson is believed to be with: Cody Lee Hunt, a white male, age 34, height 5’8″, 175 lbs, brown hair, green eyes, wearing unknown clothing.

Could be driving a silver 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee bearing MO, EK3R7P last seen at 323 Jones St., Sullivan, MO.

Hunt is a person of interest in the possible abduction of Ryerson.

It is believed Ryerson sustained injuries during the incident and could be in danger.
