Paducah resident caught with Methamphetamine, Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia

GRAVES COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI)- On November 8, 2024, at approximately 2:15 a.m., Deputy Tyler Crane initiated an investigation after discovering a vehicle occupied by Alan D. Fleming, 61, of Paducah, and a passenger, parked in a cemetery near KY 131 and Kaler Mill Road.

During the interaction, evidence of illegal drug use was found, leading to a search of Fleming’s person and vehicle. Authorities discovered methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia on Fleming and in the vehicle. Fleming claimed ownership of the items.

Fleming was arrested for:

– Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 2nd Offense – Methamphetamine
– Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

He was lodged in an out-of-county jail facility.

Deputy Austin Ramage assisted Deputy Crane in the arrest.
