Kentucky man faces child abuse charges after a two-day investigation

LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – A Kentucky man faces child abuse charges after a two-day investigation.

According to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office on November 13, 2024, the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office began an investigation after child protective services contacted the Sheriff’s Office with allegations of criminal abuse of a child.
Livingston County Sheriff’s Office then started an investigation looking into 32-year-old Tommy Fulkerson of Kuttawa.
After the Sheriffs unit conducted an investigation over a 48-hour time frame the investigation resulted in an arrest warrant being issued for Fulkerson.
Fulkerson was later arrested in Kuttawa, Kentucky by the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
Fulkerson faces a charge of first-degree child abuse.
Fulkerson was taken to the McCracken County Jail on a $10,000.00 full cash bond awaiting arraignment.
The investigation is ongoing currently.
