Missouri see’s zero fatalities on New Years 2025

MISSOURI(KBSI) – Missouri State Highway Patrol has released the fatality statistics report for New Years Day.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Missouri saw no fatalities of any kind on New Years 2025.

Colonel Eric T. Olson is the Superintendent of the Missouri State Highway Patrol,he provides the following preliminary statistics related to the New Year’s holiday:

Zero people died and 21 were injured in 44 traffic crashes during the 2025 New Year’s holiday counting period, which began at 6 p.m. Tuesday, December 31, 2024, and ended at 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, January 1, 2025.

There were 0 boating crashes and 0 drownings over the 2025 New Year’s holiday counting period.
