Jake Owen to headline Du Quoin State Fair concert

DU QUOIN, Ill., (KBSI) — Country music artist Jake Owen will perform at the Du Quoin State Fair Grandstand on Aug. 29.

Owen has had 10 No. 1 hit singles and more than 2.5 billion U.S. on-demand streams. His hits include “Barefoot Blue Jean Night,” “Beachin'” and “The One That Got Away.”

“We’re excited to bring Jake Owen to the Du Quoin State Fair,” said Jerry Costello II, director of the Illinois Department of Agriculture. “Country artists are always a crowd favorite in southern Illinois.”

Tickets go on sale Jan. 31 at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster. The Du Quoin State Fair runs from Aug. 22 to Sept. 1.
