Driver injured, charged with DUI in Graves County crash
FANCY FARM, Ky., (KBSI) — A single-vehicle collision on KY 339 South in Fancy Farm Sunday night sent one person to the hospital and resulted in a DUI charge.
The Graves County Sheriff’s Office responded to the incident around 9:30 p.m. and determined that Dustan Pendel, 22, of Fancy Farm, was driving a 2019 Land Rover southbound on KY 339 when the vehicle left the roadway, struck two culverts and rolled over onto its roof.
Pendel was transported to Mercy Health in Paducah for further testing and evaluation of his injuries. He was charged with DUI 1st Offense.
