Franklin County Sheriff’s Office seeks public’s help in locating wanted individuals

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ill., (KBSI) — Authorities are seeking the public’s help in locating three individuals wanted on various charges.

Dolph W. Vanhoorebeke, 59, is wanted for aggravated domestic battery. He was last known to reside in the Royalton area.

Robert Z. Montgomery, 33, is wanted for petition to revoke conditional discharge. His last known address was in the Benton area.

Clayton T. Holmes, 31, is wanted for theft. He was last known to live in the Marion area. No current photo of Holmes is available.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of these individuals is urged to contact their local law enforcement agency or the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department at 618-438-4841. Tips can also be submitted through the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office mobile app.

The public is cautioned not to approach these individuals, as some may be considered armed and/or dangerous. All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
