Leon Lamb moved to Cape County Jail following court appearance
CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. — Leon Lamb was transferred to the Cape Girardeau County Jail following a court appearance on Feb. 10.
A 52-year-old Arkansas man has pleaded not guilty to murder charges in the 1992 shooting death of Mischelle Lawless.
Leon Lamb entered the plea Monday in a Scott County courtroom.
The hearing was limited due to a pending change of venue request.
