Serial rape suspect identified: Investigators seek additional victims

MISSOURI, (KBSI)- A suspect charged with multiple counts of rape has been linked to several locations across the United States, and investigators are seeking additional victims.

Yahya Maly, 28, has been accused of raping five victims, whom he met through dating apps, where he used the alias “John.”

Maly has resided in or visited the following locations:

– Henrico County, Virginia (2013-2021)
– Chicago, Illinois (Jan. 12-Feb. 12, 2022)
– Tucson, Arizona (Dec. 3, 2022-Jan. 17, 2023)
– Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota (Jan. 27-Feb. 25, 2023)

Anyone who may have been victimized by Maly in these areas is urged to contact their local law enforcement agency.
