Franklin County authorities seek help in locating missing Kentucky man

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ill., (KBSI) — Authorities are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing person, Jake Kubitschek, 40, of Paducah, Kentucky.

Kubitschek was last seen walking eastbound on State Highway 14 in West City around midnight. His vehicle was found abandoned near Buckner at 5 a.m.

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is urging anyone with information on Kubitschek’s whereabouts to contact them at 618-438-4841. Tips can also be submitted through their mobile app.
