Veo Electric Scooters to return to Carbondale

CARBONDALE, Ill., (KBSI) — Veo electric scooters will return to Carbondale and Southern Illinois University on March 1, offering residents and students a convenient transportation option.

The fleet of 450 scooters, including Astro standing scooters and Cosmo seated scooters, has been a popular mode of transportation in the community, with over 1 million trips taken to date.

“We’re eager to redeploy our fleet, offering students and residents a fun, convenient way to get around,” said Jeff Hoover, Veo’s director of government partnerships.
