Ines Rivas-Hutchins anmed to Inc.’s 2025 Female Founders 500 List

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — Ines Rivas-Hutchins, president of INTEC Group LLC and board chair of Sprocket Innovation, has been named to Inc.’s 2025 Female Founders 500 list.

The list recognizes 500 influential women entrepreneurs who are driving innovation and making a lasting impact in their industries.

Rivas-Hutchins, a champion for entrepreneurship and small business growth, has led INTEC Group to remarkable growth since founding the company in 2014, securing multimillion-dollar federal contracts and earning national recognition.

She has also been recognized as 2024 Kentucky Small Businessperson of the Year and 2020 Entrepreneur of the Year.

Rivas-Hutchins serves on multiple boards, including the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis Louisville Board and the Paducah McCracken County Riverport Authority.

The Inc. Female Founders list recognizes women who are redefining industries and making a lasting economic impact. This year’s honorees collectively generated approximately $9 billion in revenue and secured $10.6 billion in funding in 2024.
