Marshall County Rescue Squad seeks donations to support life-saving efforts
MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) – The Marshall County Rescue Squad is seeking donations to continue its critical services, including search and rescue operations, water rescues and emergency medical responses.
In the past year, the squad responded to over 73 emergencies, including a recent incident in which a local woman became lost in Graves County.
The squad’s K-9 and drone team successfully located her, ensuring she received medical attention.
The squad is seeking to raise $50,000 to purchase new equipment, provide advanced training for volunteers and maintain its vehicles.
Donations are tax-deductible, and the squad relies solely on donations and grants. The squad will not be soliciting donations through phone calls or door-to-door visits.
Those wishing to support the Marshall County Rescue Squad can make a donation of $30, $50, $100 or any amount.
