Bernie police arrest 2 on outstanding warrants

BERNIE, Mo., (KBSI) — Bernie police arrested two individuals on outstanding warrants in separate incidents.
Quandarean Johnson, of Caruthersville, was arrested on March 18, 2025, on three Dunklin County warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving with a revoked or suspended license, operating a vehicle without a valid license, and nonsupport.
Johnson’s bond was set at $770 cash or surety.
He was booked into the Bernie Jail and later transported to Dunklin County.
Dawn Biggs, also of Caruthersville, was arrested on March 24, 2025, on a Mississippi County, Arkansas, warrant for probation violation stemming from a possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver charge.
Biggs was held without bond, booked into the Bernie Jail, and later transported to Stoddard County.
