Western Kentucky road closures
PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — Heavy rainfall has resulted in significant high-water issues across western Kentucky, prompting the closure of multiple state roads.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) has released a list of impacted roads, which includes:
Carlisle County: U.S. 62, KY 1820 and KY 1628
Crittenden County: KY 855 and KY 1113
Fulton County: KY 94 and KY 1128
Graves County: KY 1374 and KY 2422
Hickman County: KY 123, U.S. 51, KY 58 W, KY 307 N and KY 780
Lyon County: KY 1943, KY 819 and KY 1113
Marshall County: KY 795, KY 1311, KY 1462 and KY 1949
McCracken County: KY 339, KY 1255 and KY 348
Trigg County: KY 1507, KY 958, KY 272, KY 126, KY 128, KY 1585, KY 124 and KY 807
Motorists are advised to exercise caution and never drive through flooded roadways. The KYTC will continue to update the list of impacted roads as necessary.
