McCracken County deputies arrest Paducah man for assault and strangulation
PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) – On April 7, 2025, at approximately 11:50 p.m., McCracken County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a reported assault at a residence in the Lovelaceville Road area of Paducah.
A female victim alleged that 41-year-old Joseph Falconite, of Paducah, Kentucky, assaulted her.
Falconite was arrested and charged with assault in the second degree, a Class C felony; strangulation in the first degree, a Class C felony; failure to notify the Department of Transportation of an address change, a B misdemeanor; violations of conditions of release, an A misdemeanor; and alcohol intoxication, a violation.
At the time of the incident, Falconite was out on bond from a previous charge.
He is currently lodged at the McCracken County Regional Jail.
