Sprocket launches new platform to boost entrepreneurship in Western Kentucky

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — Sprocket, a regional entrepreneurial hub, is launching a new platform to connect and support entrepreneurs across Western Kentucky.

The platform, which will be unveiled during a live virtual event on April 30, will provide a free digital hub for startup growth in the region.

It will offer resources such as mentorship, educational programs, job postings and local startup news.

“This platform is about building a stronger entrepreneurial ecosystem in Western Kentucky,” said Monica Bilak, Sprocket’s executive director. “Whether you’re launching your first idea or scaling your startup, you don’t have to do it alone.”

The platform will include a regional mentor network, online courses, a job board and a collection of local startup news. Additional features and resources will be added throughout 2025.

The April 30 launch webinar will demonstrate how the platform works and how attendees can use it.

The event will include live Q&A and stories from founders and mentors. Attendees who join live will be entered to win door prizes.

Registration for the webinar is free and open to the public at sprocketpaducah.com/reveal.

Sprocket is a coworking space, innovation hub and startup resource center based in Paducah. It helps launch and scale the next generation of entrepreneurs in Western Kentucky and beyond.
