573 Chalk Festival coming to downtown Marquand

MARQUAND, Mo., (KBSI) — The 573 Chalk Festival will be held in downtown Marquand on April 26 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The free event, presented by the city of Marquand, the Mineral Area Arts Council and 573 Magazine, will feature street and sidewalk chalk art by professionals, amateurs and enthusiasts.

Children can draw for free. The festival will also include entertainment, food and art.

It will be held in historic downtown Marquand, 103 S. Harding St.
