Scott City community rallies around family after deadly fire

SCOTT CITY, Mo., (KBSI) — A local family is receiving an outpouring of support after two family members were killed in a house fire on Wednesday.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to help the St. John family with expenses. According to the page, the fire claimed the lives of Paige St. John and her young son.

The page describes Paige as a devoted mother and wife, and her son as “a ball of spunk” with a sweet personality.
