Cape Riverfront Market to host Youth Entrepreneurship Day

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — The Cape Riverfront Market will host Youth Entrepreneurship Day on July 12, featuring young business owners and awarding grants to up to three entrepreneurs aged 12-18.

The event, scheduled for 8 a.m.-12 p.m. at 35 S. Spanish St., aims to encourage entrepreneurship among local youth.

SendAFriend is providing grant money to cover business-related costs, and Old Town Cape is offering market platform and media exposure.

Applications for the grants are due June 15, and winners will be announced July 12.

The Cape Riverfront Market is held every Saturday from May to October.
