Restaurants in Delmar area damaged by tornado

ST. LOUIS, Mo., (KBSI) — Several restaurants in the Delmar area, including Esca, Nixta, Florentin and the future site of Olio, were damaged by a tornado.

The restaurants will be closed this weekend and indefinitely, but owners vowed to rebuild and reopen.

“We’re not strangers to big projects, and we’ll restore and come back stronger than ever,” the owners said in a statement.

All staff members were reported safe.
