Cape Girardeau police to host “Paw-some Pet Wash” Fundraiser June 22

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — The Cape Girardeau Police Department will host a fundraiser to support the Missouri Police Canine Association Training Conference.

The “Paw-some Pet Wash” will be held June 22 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Mississippi Mutts, 609 Broadway.

Officers will wash dogs to raise funds for the conference, which will be hosted in Cape Girardeau later this year.

The event is open to the public, and attendees are encouraged to bring their pets to support the cause.
