Saint Louis Zoo welcomes five adorable cheetah cubs

ST. LOUIS, Mo., (KBSI) — The Saint Louis Zoo has welcomed five cheetah cubs born May 5 to first-time parents Cora and Vader.

The cubs, dubbed “Cora’s Quints,” are the zoo’s first successful cheetah births in over seven years.

The cubs are bonding with their mother in a private maternity den and are expected to make their public debut later this year.

Zoo veterinarians will determine the cubs’ sexes in the coming weeks, after which they will be named.
