So ILL Syndicate Gym opens new location in downtown Carbondale

CARBONDALE, Ill., (KBSI) — So ILL Syndicate Gym has opened a new location in downtown Carbondale, offering a unique fitness experience with cardio equipment, speed bags, a sparring ring and daily instructor-led training programs.

The gym, located at 215 S. Illinois Ave., will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Carbondale Chamber of Commerce on Friday from 4-6 p.m.

The ceremony will feature live music, drinks and snacks, and the public is invited to attend.

The gym offers classes in boxing, Muay Thai, MMA striking and Filipino martial arts, and memberships start at $25 per month.
