Paducah team discusses collaborative approach to addressing substandard living conditions

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — A City of Paducah team joined local partners to discuss collaborative efforts in addressing substandard living conditions during code enforcement situations at the Kentucky League of Cities Summer Summit.

The panel, which included city officials, health department representatives and community organization leaders, shared information on how they work together to assist citizens in situations involving condemned homes or fire-damaged structures.

Attendees at the summit, held this week in Lexington, learned about the importance of interagency cooperation in ensuring public safety and well-being.
