Longtime Rozier’s Food Centre owner Joseph V. “Joe” Lottes Jr. passes away

PERRYVILLE, Mo., (KBSI) — Joseph V. “Joe” Lottes Jr., 84, of Perryville, Missouri, died Thursday, June 5, 2025.

Born August 9, 1940, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Lottes served in the United States Navy and owned and managed Roziers Food Centre in Perryville and Roziers Country Mart in Ste. Genevieve and Chester, Illinois.

He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and several local organizations.

Visitation will be Friday, June 13, from 3-7 p.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, June 14, at 10 a.m. at the church.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Schools or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
