Man charged with burglary in Cape Girardeau

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — Jacob Houston, 31, was arrested Thursday and charged with felony second-degree burglary, among other offenses.

According to police, officers responded to a reported burglary in the 100 block of North Broadview around 2:30 a.m. Houston was found with items commonly used in burglaries and a cut padlock, police said.

Houston is being held on a $7,500 bond.
