6th annual Heroes for Kids Comic Con set for July

PERRYVILLE, Mo., (KBSI) — The sixth annual Heroes for Kids Comic Con will be held July 19-20 at the Perry Park Center in Perryville.

The event will feature vendor booths, authors, photos, silent auctions and a costume contest for kids and adults.

Proceeds from booth fees and silent auctions will benefit the Captain David Dorn Foundation and the Perry County Community Task Force.

Celebrity guests include Scott Innes, voice actor for Scooby Doo; Philo Barnhart, Disney Animation Artist; and Jerry “The King” Lawler, WWE Hall of Famer.

Local heroes, including police, fire and EMS personnel, will also attend.

Tickets are available online and at the door.
