Senior resource expo set for Aug. 5 in Perryville

PERRYVILLE, Mo., (KBSI) — Independence Health System will host the first Senior Resource Expo in Perry County on Aug. 5 at the Perryville Elks Lodge.

The event, which runs from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., aims to connect seniors with local agencies and services providing resources for assisted living, healthcare and other senior-related needs.

Over 20 vendors will be in attendance, including the Alzheimer’s Association, Perry County Health Department and University of Missouri Extension.

The expo is open to all Perry County seniors and their families.
