Man arrested after alleged home invasion in Christopher

CHRISTOPHER, Ill. (KBSI) — A 50-year-old man was arrested Sunday after an alleged home invasion in Christopher.

Jonathan C. Love, of Christopher, was taken into custody after a brief foot pursuit, during which an officer deployed a Taser.

Love was charged with home invasion, battery, criminal trespass to residence and resisting/obstructing a peace officer.

He was transported to the Franklin County Jail.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
