Man arrested and charged in connection with incident at public pool
CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — A man was arrested and charged with child molestation after allegedly assaulting four juveniles in a public pool.
According to a probable cause statement, the incident occurred on June 22, 2025, at approximately 5:12 p.m.
The statement alleges that Andres Morales-Molina inappropriately touched the juveniles while they were in the pool.
Morales-Molina was detained by employees and later arrested by police.
He has been charged with fourth-degree child molestation.
An investigation is ongoing.
