Ribbon cutting held for General Surgery unit at Saint Francis Healthcare System

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) – With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Richmond specializes in various surgical procedures, including hernia repair, gallbladder surgery, and abdominal and colorectal operations.

A ribbon cutting for the General Surgery unit at Saint Francis Healthcare System takes place at 12 p.m. Monday, June 30th.

A graduate of the University of Missouri School of Medicine, Dr. Richmond earned his Doctor of Medicine degree and completed his general surgery residency and surgical critical care fellowship. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry, graduating magna cum laude.
