Cape Girardeau to hold special election for sewer, water rates in August

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) – A special election is asking voters about the water and sewer rates for the City of Cape Girardeau in August.

Special election will be on Tuesday, August 5. Polls open at 6 a.m. and close at 7 p.m. Click here to see what’s on the sample ballot.

To request and absentee ballot to be mailed it must be sent it by July 23.
