Kentucky State Police seek missing Owensboro residents

OWENSBORO, Ky., (KBSI) — Kentucky State Police are searching for two women who removed their ankle monitors and went missing from Dismas Charities in Owensboro.

Latavia Green, 25, and Eva Spencer, 36, were reported missing Sunday at approximately 1:30 p.m. CDT, police said.

Green is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 132 pounds, with black eyes and hair. Spencer is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 145 pounds, with brown eyes and hair.
