Wayne County man charged with rape, child molestation

WAYNE COUNTY, Mo., (KBSI) — Jimmy Ward was arrested July 8, 2025, following an investigation by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office. He faces charges of statutory rape, statutory sodomy, child molestation and incest.

Under the law, Ward is entitled to a presumption of innocence until proven guilty in a court of law.
