Three taken into custody after stolen vehicle recovered in Williamson County

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Ill., (KBSI) — A stolen 1930 Ford Model A was recovered July 27 after an off-duty Johnston City police officer spotted it being hauled on a trailer near Corinth Road and Harris School Road.

Williamson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Jeffrey T. Wilson, Jason L. Price and Kelsi N. Wingo on charges of possession of a stolen vehicle, a class 2 felony.

The three were taken to the Williamson County Jail.

The sheriff’s office credited the Johnston City Police Department with assisting in the recovery.
