McCracken County Coroner’s Office identifies human remains as 38-year-old Paducah man
PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — The McCracken County Coroner’s Office has identified human remains discovered on June 17 as those of Darrell Franklin, a 38-year-old white male.
The identification was made possible through a collaborative effort between the coroner’s office, the Kentucky Medical Examiner’s Office, the Kentucky Department of Corrections and the McCracken County Sheriff’s Department.
Franklin’s remains were found off Said Road and underwent extensive forensic examination, including dental and tattoo comparison.
The cause and manner of death remain under investigation. The public is encouraged to contact the McCracken County Sheriff’s Department with any additional information.
