Fruitland Area firefighters host Back to School Bash on Aug. 10

FRUITLAND, Mo., (KBSI) — The Fruitland Area Firefighters, along with other local organizations, will host a Back to School Bash on Aug. 10.

The free event will be held from 2-6 p.m. at the Cape County Cowboy Church, 220 Orchid Lane.

Activities will include:

— School bus safety information
— Fire truck tours
— Meeting Marshal the Fire Dog
— Smoke house and bounce house
— Roll-over simulator
— Food available from Mudcat Food Truck

The event aims to promote safety and community spirit before the start of the new school year.
