Route 72 construction to reduce Eastbound lanes in Cape Girardeau county

CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, Mo., (KBSI) — A section of eastbound Route 72 in Cape Girardeau County will be reduced to accommodate overnight concrete replacement.

The construction zone spans from Lee Avenue to Route 61 in Jackson. Weather permitting, crews will work from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. nightly, Sept. 5-8.

These concrete improvements pertain to the section of W. Jackson Blvd. directly in front of Rally’s.
