Cape Girardeau County Sheriff’s Office participates in active shooter training

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff’s Office joined the Oak Ridge School District for an Active Shooter Training exercise, focusing on response options and life-saving measures.

The collaborative training allowed deputies and teaching staff to prepare together for critical incidents, enhancing readiness and coordinated response.
