Southeast Missouri Crisis Intervention Team hosts cornhole tournament in Jackson

JACKSON, Mo., (KBSI) — The Southeast Missouri Crisis Intervention Team (SEMO CIT) is hosting its 2nd Annual Bags & Badges Cornhole Tournament on August 23 at Wings Etc. in Jackson.

The event, which starts with registration at 11:30 a.m., aims to raise funds for SEMO CIT’s work in the area.

Participants can compete in the cornhole tournament, bid on silent auction items and purchase SEMO CIT merchandise. A costume contest is also planned.

The Cape Elks is the chief sponsor of the event.
