(KBSI) A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) is scheduled to return to U.S. 641/12th Street in Calloway County on Friday, Aug. 22, to complete final paving work.

Work will start at 4 a.m. on Friday and continue during daytime hours. (NOTE: Previous work was done at night.)

Paving will focus on the turn lane and crosswalk areas along U.S. 641/12th Street between Tabard Drive and KY 80 in Murray.

Please follow signs and use caution in the work zone.

Paving is expected to be completed on Friday, with permanent striping to follow.

The project is expected to be fully completed by Aug. 29.

Missouri Department of Transportation crews will be making driving surface improvements on Route AA in Iron County.

This section of roadway is located from Route 21 to the end of state maintenance.

Weather permitting, work will take place Tuesday, Aug. 26 from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.
