Bollinger County man arrested on child sex offense charges

MARBLE HILL, Mo., (KBSI) — A Bollinger County man has been formally charged with multiple sex crimes against a child, according to court documents filed by the county prosecutor.

According to booking records, Joshua Webb, faces two counts of first-degree statutory rape or attempted statutory rape of a child younger than 14, five counts of first-degree sodomy or attempted sodomy, five counts of first-degree child molestation and five counts of incest.

The indictment includes counts of first-degree statutory rape, first-degree sodomy, first-degree child molestation and incest. Prosecutors allege the offenses occurred on several occasions between 2017 and 2025 and involved a juvenile victim under the age of 12.

Charges range from Class E felonies, which carry potential prison terms of one to four years, to Class A felonies, which can result in 10 to 30 years in prison or life imprisonment. Several counts are also subject to lifetime supervision if a conviction is reached.

The defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
