Jackson Chamber of Commerce names new Director of Operations

JACKSON, Mo., (KBSI) — The Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce has appointed Lydia Liley as its new director of operations.

Liley brings experience in marketing, event coordination, visual branding and organizational leadership. She most recently served as brand graphics coordinator at Mondi Group, where she oversaw packaging design production and worked with design teams, clients and production departments.

She previously held leadership positions at Heartland Dental, including education events manager and assistant manager of operations. In those roles, she managed large-scale educational events, developed marketing strategies and coordinated operations across multiple practices.

Chamber officials said Liley’s expertise in communication, project leadership and client relations will help strengthen services for members and the community.
